Welcome to our website. By booking treatments and/or purchasing training courses through our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all clients and customers. Please review them carefully before proceeding with any bookings or purchases.
1. Eligibility for Treatment and Training
Treatments may be provided to individuals under the age of 18 at the sole discretion of the clinician.
All treatment clients must complete a consultation and consent form prior to undergoing any treatment. Failure to complete this form may result in refusal of treatment.
Training courses are available only to individuals aged 18 or over who are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Bookings, Deposits, and Cancellations (Treatments)
All treatment bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 72 hours of the scheduled treatment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Appointments rescheduled outside of the 72-hour window may retain their booking fee, subject to availability.
3. Training Courses – Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy (IMPORTANT)
3.1 Booking and Payment
Full payment (or an agreed deposit, where applicable) is required to secure a place on any ear wax removal training course. Course places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.2 Client Cancellations
a) If you cancel your training course booking before any equipment, consumables, or training materials have been ordered or prepared specifically for you, you may be eligible for a refund, minus an administration fee.
b) Once any equipment, consumables, or training materials have been ordered or prepared specifically for your training, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes of mind, personal circumstances, illness, travel issues, or inability to attend.
c) For the avoidance of doubt, equipment may be ordered immediately after booking. You are strongly advised to ensure availability and commitment before purchasing a training course.
3.3 Statutory Cancellation Rights
Where the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, you acknowledge and agree that:
Training courses involve services and goods that are personalised and/or ordered specifically for you.
Your statutory 14-day cooling-off period ends once performance of the service has begun or once personalised equipment or materials have been ordered, with your express consent.
By purchasing a training course, you expressly request that we begin preparation and ordering of equipment immediately and acknowledge that this removes your right to cancel once this process has started.
3.4 No-Shows
Failure to attend a training course without prior written notice will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
4. Treatment Policy
Before and aftercare instructions will be provided, and it is essential that clients follow these guidelines to ensure the best possible outcomes. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in poor recovery or unwanted side effects.
Any complications or side effects should be reported to the practitioner immediately.
All treatments are non-refundable. In cases of dissatisfaction, complaints will be handled professionally, and we will work towards a reasonable resolution where appropriate.
5. Payment Terms
All payments for treatments must be made in full following the procedure unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Payments for training courses must be made in accordance with the booking terms outlined above.
We accept various forms of payment, including credit and debit cards. Payment details must be accurate and up to date. Failure to process payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
Prices are subject to change at our discretion; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
6. Health and Safety
Clients must disclose relevant medical history prior to treatment to determine suitability. This information will be kept confidential and is necessary for client safety.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment or training participation if we believe it is not suitable for health, safety, or professional reasons.
7. Complaints and Resolution
We are committed to providing high standards of service. Any complaints or concerns will be reviewed fairly and professionally.
Where appropriate, follow-up consultations or corrective actions may be offered. Refunds remain subject to the policies outlined in these Terms.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation, including UK GDPR. Personal information will be used solely for providing services and related administration.
We will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
9. Consent to Photography and Videography
During treatments and training, photographs and/or videos may be taken for clinical, educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.
Right to Opt-Out: You must notify us in writing prior to your appointment or training if you do not consent to the use of images for marketing purposes.
Assumed Consent: Where no opt-out request is received, consent is assumed.
Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw consent at any time; however, we cannot guarantee removal of materials already published or distributed.
10. Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability for loss or damage resulting from misuse of treatments, equipment, or techniques taught during training.
Training is provided for educational purposes only. You remain solely responsible for your clinical practice, insurance, and regulatory compliance following training.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Legal Disclaimer
All treatments and training are delivered by appropriately trained professionals. All clients and trainees acknowledge that, while risks are minimal, complications may occur.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply.
Continued use of our services confirms acceptance of the applicable Terms and Conditions.
By proceeding with a booking or purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
