What happens during the practical training? +
During your practical session you'll receive your equipment and work through hands-on ear assessment, microsuction and irrigation techniques using a training mannequin.
Practical sessions are typically kept to 2–3 learners to provide more opportunity for supervised practice, questions and individual feedback.
How am I assessed? +
Assessment includes a knowledge quiz following your online learning and a practical demonstration during your hands-on training.
Successful completion requires you to demonstrate the knowledge and practical skills required by the course.
What happens if I don't pass the assessment? +
If you do not successfully complete the assessment, one reattempt is available free of charge.
Further reattempts after the complimentary reattempt are charged at £500.
Do I receive a certificate? +
Yes. Following successful completion of the required theory and practical assessment, you'll receive your Clinical Ear Care course certificate.
